Terms and conditions

These terms apply to requests, quotations and orders placed with Nxtera Solution. By confirming an order, the customer accepts the applicable quotation and these terms.

All products and delivery dates are subject to availability. An order is final only after written confirmation by Nxtera Solution.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, delivery costs and any other applicable charges. The confirmed quotation or order summary determines the final price.

Delivery times are estimates. The customer must provide a complete and accessible delivery address and inspect the shipment upon receipt.

Return or cancellation requests must be submitted promptly in writing. Custom, printed or used products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Product appearance, colour and packaging may differ slightly from images. Nxtera Solution is not liable for indirect loss except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
